Lazy Salsa Sunday

Lazy Salsa Sunday, created by dancers for dancers and lovers of Latin sounds.

We are a non profit making group in support of local charities.

We actively promote and recommend quality instructors and classes near and far as well as encouraging performance groups to come and show us the fruits of their labour.

We do exactly what it says on the tin! An open afternoon of salsa, bachata, merengue, cha cha cha and kizomba every third Sunday of the month between 2pm and 6pm at the North Weald Village Hall, 46-48 High Road, North Weald, Essex CM16 6BU

This is open to anyone as there are no lessons and entry is only £8. Due to issues with card agents we cannot accept cards so please bring cash.

The hall has a free car park and when dry there is additional parking on the field next to the hall.
We have a well stocked bar open, free water and a kitchen area for all the yummy cakes and coffees.

No need to worry about babysitters, children and big kids welcome.

We are super proud to have been awarded a Pride of Essex award  for Team of Pride in 2019 and we were also awarded North Weald Bassett Parish Council's Citizen of the Year Award for Teams in 2022.
We have also raised over £37,000 which were distributed to local charirties.
